MISSION STATEMENT
Since 2007, Phosphorescence Magazine has been devoted to promoting artists from many different backgrounds, as well as many different levels of artistic experience. Not only is the magazine meant to showcase the work of these artists and provide a way for them to add a publication credit to their portfolio, but the magazine also provides a way for artists and art lovers alike to network with each other.
